"Building Confident Swimmers"
Owner & Swim Instructor
Hi! I'm Tiffany Meeder, founder and owner of SoFla Aqua Fitness. As a South Florida native and competitive swimmer for nearly twenty years, my love for the water came naturally! After over a decade of coaching and teaching swim lessons, I realized the need for lessons to be done at the convenience of your home! I founded SoFla Aqua Fitness in 2015 and it has now grown to cover most of the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, and Wellington areas. My team and I are passionate about providing lessons in a safe and nurturing environment that creates a true love of the water! My husband, Andrew, and I reside in South Florida with our daughter Nora and our Bahamian dogs, Triton and Sadie, who ironically hate swimming!
Hi! My name is Lauren Walker. I am very proud to be part of the SoFla Aqua Fitness team. I am a South Florida native, growing up in Miami Beach and now living here in Boynton with my husband Brady, daughter Penelope (5) and son Cameron (3). I have always been a water girl, with over 10 years of competitive swimming, including swimming for the University of Florida, GO GATORS! In addition to swimming, I also spent 4 years lifeguarding on Miami Beach and 2 years in Boca where I became the only full-time female employee. Since leaving the beach in Boca, I have been the swim coach at the YMCA in Boynton. Here, I have the opportunity to work with children ages 5-17 as well as adults teaching the fundamentals of swimming and sharing my love for the sport of swimming in general.
I'm Jeni Hollister and I am new to the SoFla Aqua Fitness family. I was born in Missouri and made my way to Florida 30 years ago. I have 20+ years of water safety and instructional practice, which includes certifications such as lifeguard, CPR, first aid, Water Safety Instructor, and a USA Swimming coach certification. I have 10 years of competitive coaching experience. My love for swimming was renewed when my two sons decided to take up the sport! We spent many wonderful years on the pool deck together as a family. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Florida Atlantic University, and I am currently working on a Master's program. I have 18 years of teaching experience in Palm Beach County. I am looking forward to meeting our SoFla Aqua Fitness families!
Hi, I'm Tracy and was a competitive, scholarship diver for Louisiana State University, where I earned my BS in Psychology and did graduate work focusing on child psychology. I have one daughter who is 20 years old and attending college. I am certified in CPR, First Aid and AED. I absolutely adore working with children that are swimming at all different levels, but I particularly enjoy teaching a beginner how to swim. It is a great feeling! I strive to make the children feel comfortable and confident in the water, while having fun. Of course, safety is paramount. One of my main objectives is safety in the water and around the pool. Learning survival and safety skills minimizes accidents, saves lives and makes the overall swimming experience more enjoyable.
I believe it is important that every child learns how to swim. It could mean the difference between life and death, when around the water. This is one of the reasons I teach swimming. I also teach because I love children, have a passion for teaching, and love the water. I have been teaching swimming for over 20 years. I started as an assistant coach for the swimming and diving team as a pre-teen, at the local country club. I soon moved on to head coach of both teams at bigger and better places, for many years. I thoroughly enjoy teaching swimming. My teaching style is nurturing, patient and encouraging. I try to focus on the mental aspects of swimming as well as the physical, and I always use positive reinforcement.
Hi I am Beth , a born and raised 3rd generation Floridan, swimming is in my blood! My passion for teaching children led me to Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL to get my degree in Elementary Education. I understand children are unique which requires teaching to be individualized for children's success. From a young age, I was babysitting and helping each of the families I worked for maintain safety around the water and often teaching the children to become confident swimmers. I have an incredibly supportive husband and two girls who have been swimming longer than they have been walking. Seeing their passion and enthusiasm in the pool and ocean motivates me to teach and learn more about swimming. South Florida has so much to offer in aquatics. I enjoy our beaches, but love SCUBA diving our reefs. I am excited to embark on this journey with your family so your family can experience the joy of the water, safely and confidently.

I received my bachelors from FIU in psychology and received my masters degree from Nova in mental health counseling. My specialty is with children but I have worked with every population of people. My husband is a firefighter and we have 2 beautiful children, a girl and a boy. I am very excited to be a big part of your children’s lives and help them learn a skill that will benefit them for life
