Neighborhood Access

If you live in a gated neighborhood, please be sure to call your instructor's name in prior to the start of the lesson. We all know how the lines tend to be long, so this will help ensure we have access to your neighborhood as quickly as possible.

Punctuality

Due to the fact that we travel for lessons, it is very important for us to remain on schedule. We value your time and want to remain punctual! It is understandable that things come up and you may be running late. However; if you are more than 5 minutes late to the lesson, you will receive the remaining time left.

* Note - We do try our best to remain on schedule as well. There are times, since we travel, that we run into traffic or get stuck in lines at the gate. If we are ever late, you will still receive the full lesson time!

Cancellations

All lessons must be cancelled in advance by 7pm the day before your scheduled lesson. This will allow time for us to schedule make up lessons for others and adjust our schedules accordingly. Of course, there may be exceptions such as illnesses and family emergencies. Only 1 missed class per month is eligible for a make up.  No refunds or make up lessons will be available for lessons not cancelled in advance.

Make-Up Lessons

If lessons are cancelled in advance, we do not offer refunds or credits, but you are able schedule a make up lesson! Only 1 make up class per month is permitted.  Group lessons are not eligible for make ups. No make up classes can be rescheduled for cancelled make up classes. Please contact your instructor for availability.

Inclement Weather

South Florida is known for its unpredictable weather. It is sometimes hard to tell in advance how the weather will be at the time of your lesson. If the weather conditions are looking highly unfavorable, we will contact you to reschedule. Please do not assume lessons are cancelled! If you are ever unsure about the weather, please feel free to contact us. Lessons will still be taught in light rain and temperatures above 60 degrees. No refunds will be given for lessons cancelled due to weather, however; make up lessons will be scheduled!

Payment

Your account will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month based upon the number of lessons you are enrolled in. This will confirm your reserved day and time for each month. There will be an annual registration fee of $25 ( 1 child ) or $35 per family (2 or more children) due at the time of registration. Credit cards and checking accounts are accepted.

*Please note a 3% service fee will be added to your bill if a credit card is used. If your bank account or credit card is denied for any reason, a $25 late fee will be applied to your account.

* For families with three or more children, a 10% sibling discount will be applied to your account.

Discontinuing Lessons

Lessons are automatically charged monthly, unless notice is given that you would like to discontinue. If you would like to discontinue monthly lessons, please let your instructor know by the 25th of the month before. Any remaining make up lessons must be used within 3 months of discontinuing lessons, or they will be forfeited.
